We collect: your name and email address (provided at checkout or free registration), payment metadata from Stripe (transaction ID, currency, amount — we do not store card details), IP address, user agent, and analytics data via Meta Pixel.
We process your data on the following bases: (a) contract performance — to deliver your purchased skills and manage your account; (b) legitimate interest — to prevent fraud and improve the service; (c) consent — for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Your data is stored on Supabase (AWS eu-west-2, London) and processed by Stripe (EU/US, Standard Contractual Clauses in place). Analytics data is sent to Meta (Ireland/US, EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The service is operated from Brazil; transfers to Brazil rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland), you have the right to: access your personal data (Art. 15), rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16), erase your data (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21). To exercise any right, email leonardo@rsabr.adv.br.
Account and purchase data: retained for the lifetime of your account plus 6 years (Irish limitation period). Marketing data: deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe. Analytics data: 26 months (Meta Pixel default).
